Welcome to Cabo Bride, a wedding magazine and online destination for wedding inspiration, real wedding stories, venues, and vendors.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of cabobride.com, submissions to Cabo Bride, magazine requests, and direct magazine purchases.

Cabo Bride is operated by Cabo Bride Magazine, located in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Questions may be directed to [email protected].

By using our services or placing an order, you agree to the terms presented for that activity, subject to applicable law. Where express agreement is required, we will request it.

Using Our Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when submitting inquiries, editorial materials, applications, or orders.

You may not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent inquiries, distribute unlawful or infringing content, collect personal information without authorization, or interfere with website security or operation.

We may restrict misuse of the website, subject to applicable law.

Editorial Content and Intellectual Property

Our articles, photographs, videos, logos, layouts, and other protected materials belong to Cabo Bride or their respective rights holders.

You may browse our content for personal use and share links to our pages. Copying, republishing, commercially using, or redistributing protected material requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

Receiving or purchasing a magazine does not transfer intellectual property rights.

Our content provides general information and inspiration. Vendor offerings, prices, availability, and other details may change. Confirm relevant information directly with the business before making arrangements.

Real Weddings and Other Submissions

We welcome wedding stories, photographs, and other editorial submissions. Submission does not guarantee selection or publication.

You must have authority to provide the material and arrange the permissions necessary for its intended use. A couple’s approval does not automatically replace permission from a photographer or another copyright owner.

Publication rights, approved channels, editing permissions, and credits are governed by the applicable submission or release agreement. Contributors retain their ownership rights unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Venues, Vendors, and Paid Features

Cabo Bride offers venue and vendor profiles, advertising, and sponsored features. Directory participation may be paid, and sponsored content will be identified where appropriate.

Paid participation provides the exposure and services described in the partner’s agreement. It does not guarantee inquiries, bookings, sales, or a particular business outcome unless expressly stated in that agreement.

Relevant ownership or business relationships involving featured companies will be disclosed where appropriate.

Fees, placement periods, deliverables, renewals, cancellations, and reporting for advertisers and directory partners are governed by their separate agreements with Cabo Bride.

Contacting a Vendor or Venue

When you submit an inquiry through a vendor or venue profile, Cabo Bride receives it and forwards the information to the selected business, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking, confirm availability, or guarantee a response.

You contract directly with the vendor or venue for its services. Its agreement governs pricing, deposits, performance, cancellations, and refunds. Cabo Bride is not a party to that agreement solely because it lists the business or forwards your inquiry.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that applicable law places on Cabo Bride for its own conduct.

External Websites

Our website may link to independent businesses, social media platforms, and other external services.

Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Review them before providing information, making a purchase, or booking a service.

Privacy and Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, vendor inquiries, website activity, magazine requests, and marketing preferences.

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a complimentary magazine, or purchasing a magazine does not automatically enroll you in our newsletter. Marketing signup is a separate choice.

Agreeing to these terms does not constitute blanket consent to optional marketing or tracking.

Boutique Merchandise — Coming Soon

Cabo Bride’s boutique merchandise is currently in development and is not yet available for purchase.

Product previews are for informational purposes and do not guarantee availability, final designs, pricing, or a launch date.

Ordering, payment, shipping, and return information will be provided when merchandise becomes available for purchase.

Complimentary Magazine Copies

Cabo Bride provides complimentary magazine copies through selected distribution locations and approved mailing requests, subject to availability.

Any applicable mailing charges will be disclosed before a request is finalized.

Requesting or receiving a complimentary copy does not create a subscription or automatically enroll you in marketing communications.

Distribution locations do not accept orders or payments on Cabo Bride’s behalf unless expressly identified as authorized to do so.

Direct Magazine Purchases

Customers wishing to purchase a magazine directly may submit a request through our designated order form.

The magazine edition, quantity, price, currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment is authorized. Any applicable import responsibilities will also be explained where relevant.

You must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use an authorized payment method. Please use the designated payment process rather than sending full payment-card details by email.

Order Review and Acceptance

Submitting an order form does not mean your order has been accepted. Our office reviews requests, confirms availability, and sends an order confirmation once an order is accepted.

An automated acknowledgment, if provided, confirms only that your request was received.

If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for that order. We will not substitute a different magazine edition or increase an agreed charge without your authorization.

Magazine Processing and Shipping

After acceptance, magazine orders are packed and prepared for shipment by our team.

The estimated processing period will be disclosed before you finalize your purchase and included in your order confirmation. Processing time is the period before shipment; carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide revised timing and any consent-to-delay, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law.

Magazine Cancellations, Returns, and Delivery Issues

To request cancellation or a change to an order, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Our ability to make changes may depend on whether the order has already been processed or shipped, subject to your applicable legal rights.

Any additional voluntary return conditions will be disclosed before purchase. Please contact us before mailing a return so we can provide the correct instructions and return address.

If your magazine arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive, contact [email protected] with your order details. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights concerning defective, damaged, misdescribed, or undelivered goods, or other rights provided by applicable law.

Magazine Subscriptions

A single magazine request or purchase does not create a subscription or authorize recurring charges.

If subscriptions are introduced, their pricing, frequency, renewal, and cancellation terms will be presented separately, and any required consent will be obtained before enrollment.

Website Availability and Responsibility

We aim to keep our website useful and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of information will always be current.

To the extent permitted by law, Cabo Bride does not guarantee the performance of independent vendors or external services. Any limitation of responsibility remains subject to mandatory consumer protections and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Revisions will not retroactively change accepted orders or remove rights that have already arisen.
